Common checks to make before beginning the render of your video from Premiere Pro.
Last frame of video is black
When setting the in/out markers for your video, make sure the last frame of the video isn’t black. This can happen when you snap (by holding shift) on to the last frame of your timeline, and select Mark Out from your context menu.
