What is Obsidian?

Obsidian is a versatile, open-source note-taking & knowledge management application designed for individuals and teams. It utilises a local storage system, meaning all your notes are stored on your device, ensuring privacy and control over your data. The platform excels in its ability to create Interlinked notes through Markdown, which makes it particularly useful for building internal wikis, which is what we’re using it for.

If you want to help add more information to this documentation, the Interlinked notes and Markdown documents are a great place to start. Please log any changes in the changelog
