How to use this documentation
- Overview: Diátaxis is based on the principle that documentation must serve the needs of its users. Knowing how to do that means understanding what the needs of users are.
- The website is split in the following way:
- Tutorials - learning-oriented experiences (practical steps, doing)
- How-to Guides - goal-oriented directions (theoretical or propositional knowledge, thinking)
- Explanation - information-oriented technical description (study)
- Reference - understanding-oriented discussion (work)
- You don’t have to understand these principles to use this documentation. The principles are there as a guide for anyone contributing to these process documentations.
- The website is split in the following way:
- Search: Utilise this website’s search (magnifying glass icon in the top-left) to find information quickly and dynamically.
