How to use this documentation

This documentation is organised into clear sections to help you find what you need quickly:

  • Getting Started: Essential information about our file structure, naming conventions, and basic workflows. Start here if you’re new or need a refresher on our core processes.
  • Guides: Step-by-step instructions split into three main areas:
    • File Management - How to organise, version, and maintain files
    • Production - Software-specific guides for Premiere, After Effects, etc.
    • Equipment - Setup and operation of cameras, lighting, and audio gear
  • Workflows: Complete processes from start to finish, organised by production stage:
    • Pre-production - Client meetings, planning, and setup
    • Production - Filming, recording, and asset creation
    • Post-production - Editing, delivery, and client communication
